Kuma Export was founded by Mr. Rajnikant Sankhe, a businessman by profession and a farmer by heritage. Deeply rooted in agriculture from birth, Mr. Sankhe combines traditional farming wisdom with a modern, sustainable vision. He draws inspiration from the vision and mission of Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, which guides his commitment to harmony between nature, farmers, and consumers.

Mr. Sankhe is a Natural Farming teacher and serves as a District Coordinator for The Art of Living Foundation. His lifelong mission is to promote chemical-free farming while helping farmers improve productivity and increase their income. He actively supports farmers through continuous consultation and hands-on, on-ground guidance, empowering them to adopt sustainable and profitable agricultural practices.
